WELCOME!
Our greatest challenges—from climate change to global pandemics to workforce reskilling to cyberthreats—require solutions that only America’s innovation economy can deliver. America needs a stronger pro-innovation coalition in Congress. The Innovation For Good (I4G) network seeks to build a Democratic, pro-innovation majority that can help America win the 21st Century.
I4G is a platform for convening industry and Congressional leadership with a goal of supporting an innovation agenda that will enable the US to win the 21st century and to demonstrate the continued contributions of tech to the U.S. economy. I4G provides solutions to tackle our greatest challenges, from clean technologies to tackle climate change to personalized AI tutors to create better educational opportunities. This mission focuses on three outcomes:
- We’ll build a strong pro-innovation coalition in Congress by forging relationships between Congressional colleagues and innovation economy leaders, and by educating Congress about tech issues.
- We’ll take control of the House of Representatives in 2026 (and make Donald Trump a “lame duck” president) by aligning the support of tech leaders behind pragmatic, pro-innovation Democratic colleagues in battleground districts.
- We’ll organize a pro innovation community of thought leaders engaged in advocating with us on tech issues.

The Innovation for Good Agenda
America now faces many existential threats that compel a new relationship between our government and our innovation economy. Federal laws must facilitate the innovation needed to tackle our world’s great challenges, such as climate change, global disease and pandemics, and cybersecurity threats, and to do so in an intensely competitive global environment. We can and must empower the innovator without bolstering the oligarchs.Endorsed Legislation
1. H.R. 2385 – CREATE AI Act – legislation that would establish the National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource (NAIRR) to remove barriers to the essential tools and infrastructure that power artificial intelligence research and development.
2. H.R.5351 – NSF AI Education Act of 2025 – a bill designed to strengthen America’s leadership in artificial intelligence by addressing critical gaps in education, research, and workforce development.
3. H.R.2627 – Keep STEM Talent Act – legislation to grant lawful permanent resident status for certain advanced STEM degree holders.
4. H.R. 5600 – SPEED and Reliability Act – would amend the Federal Power Act to authorize the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to issue permits for the construction and modification of national interest high-impact transmission facilities.
5. H.R. 4568 – SUPPLY Act – a bill to help address the national housing shortage by expanding access for homeowners to financing construction of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), also known as granny flats
6. H.R.2665 – Trade Review Act of 2025 and H.R.407 – Prevent Tariff Abuse Act– legislation to return Congress’ constitutionally authorized role in setting tariffs by requiring Congressional approval of tariffs proposed by the executive branch, including under the “national emergency” provisions
